Replacement Email Certificate

We are able to provide replacement Beauty Academy diploma certificates for all training completed more than 30 days ago. If you wish for a new email version, they will be a charge of £10 per certificate required. We are unable to reissue any certificates for training completed prior to 1 May 2015.
Students requiring their diploma reissuing by email for training completed within the last 30 days should contact our Bookings Team at [email protected] so this can be reissued before a fee becomes applicable. Please ensure you save a copy of your diploma certificate in a safe place for your future reference, once received.
You can process your payment of the rescheduling fee securely through this page. Ensure you include details of the student name (if different from person paying), course title, venue attended and approximate date of completion so that we can locate your details. This should be provided within the notes box on the shopping cart before making payment. Once your payment is received, our Bookings team will process your request & send each replacement certificate by email and also as a printed copy in the post. Printed certificates will be reissued in current certificate format & cannot be replaced to any previous formats.

Unfortunately we are unable to reissue any qualification certificates issued by VTCT or City & Guilds. Such requests will need to be made directly to the relevant Awarding Body in line with their replacement certificate policies and fees, see the below links.
With regret we are unable to reissue any Beauty Academy diploma certificates for practical training completed prior to 1 May 2015. Such students may wish to contact their current or previous beauty (public liability) insurance providers if they have previously provided copies of their qualifications to these, as they may be able to provide copies to you.
All therapists are recommended to actively continue to maintain and develop their confidence, knowledge and experience. It is also a requirement for eligibility to obtain insurance for some providers that the therapist must have completed some Continuing Professional Development (CPD) throughout each 12 month period. Based upon this and to obtain an updated diploma certificate, you may wish to consider completing a further training course, which will enable you to update and refresh your skills also. Over the last 3 years, the appearance and format for our certificates has somewhat changed. All replacement certificates will be reissued within the current diploma certificate format. We cannot reissue in any previous formats. When reissuing certificates, these will be provided by email as a PDF file and also a printed colour copy by post, both within the current diploma certificate format.
Yes, simply click ‘Add to Basket’ and increase the quantity required to reflect the number of courses for which you require a certificate reissuing (£25 per certificate/per course) then finalise your purchase securely through our shopping cart.
As a digital (PDF) copies of the diploma certificate will be emailed along with one printed copy sent by post. Students can print further copies as they require at home from the PDF copy sent.
Simply ‘add to basket’ and include the details of student name (if different from person paying), course title(s) for which you require replacement certificates and date/training centre attended (or approximate date if not known) by typing this into the notes section on the shopping basket before processing your payment. You will need to include this information for every course for which you are requesting a replacement certificate. Certificates will be reissued in the name given at the time of completion unless you are able to provide evidence of a change of name, details of which to be sent directly to [email protected]
All certificates will be reissued in our current certificate format.
Failure to include this information may delay processing of your request. Should we be unable to verify the information provided, we will contact you by email within 24 working hours regarding your request. Please note unsubstantiated requests may still incur the reissuing fee, even where a certificate cannot be provided as all fees are non-refundable.
Once payment is received, your request will be processed. We will contact you within 24 working hours if we need to verify any further details with you to allow us to process your request. All certificates are emailed and posted within 5 working days. If you have any questions or do not receive your certificate for any reason within this timescale beyond submitting your request, please contact our team at [email protected] including details of your order number.
