I have the pleasure to do the lash course, the acrylic extension, UV gel and gel extensions with Katy and this was a phenomenal experience.Katy broke down the course so that the understanding is quickly received.I am looking forward to do other courses with Katy at The Beauty Academy.She is a Teacher who impart understanding through her method of teaching. An absolutely brilliant training day at the Beauty Academy. We had a wonderful trainer, Katy, she was extremely knowledgeable and made the day really excellent for us. The course was very thorough and has hugely helped build confidence to go off and do treatments on clients.As a small group of 4, we did the basic facial course which I would highly recommend for getting started. We were allowed to use our own Tropic products, which was really helpful.Parking was easy to find, nearby and relatively cheap. Toilet facilities at the venue were basic as there was only one ladies toilet. There was a small breakout area which didn’t have enough chairs for the number of students, but we were grateful for the provision of tea and coffee.Katy answered all of our questions at the end, we would be happy to return to the Beauty Academy for further courses.

Had the best tutor Katy today!!. From start to finish she done outstanding! I would highly recommend the beauty academy to all my friends and family! She has great attention to detail and is very understanding!. She goes above and beyond! Definitely makes you feel at ease! You leave with confidence and loads of knowledge! I have been looking into doing beauty for a while and waxing was one of the things I was interested in so I went ahead and booked the course, I was very nervous as I have never done anything in this industry before but Katy put me and the other girls at ease what an absolute pleasure to have trained with such a lovely group. Any questions or queries Katy was more than happy to answer and she covered absolutely everything including insurance providers, wholesalers, social media… I will definitely be returning to add a wider list to my beauty qualifications. I also highly recommend the beauty academy. Looking forward to returning, a massive thank you to Katy!

I had an amazing experience yesterday with my waxing course. Katie my trainer was extremely thorough and attentive throughout her training. With it being my first time waxing I was nervous around technique but Katie put us at ease straight away. I would recommend to anyone wanting to add waxing to their treatment list. I highly recommend training at the Beauty Academy Birmingham. My Tutor Katy was absolutely amazing! So professional and friendly, made me feel very welcome could of not asked for a better Tutor. She provided a high quality course and experience from start to finish. Her attention to detail and professionalism is inspiring. Such a Beautiful, very hygienic, clean and professional environment. I did the Manicure and Pedicure with Luxury Treatments course and the Acrylic Extensions course which were incredible. I learnt so much in the two days! The courses are seamless, I would highly recommend training here.

Honestly I am so over the moon with the level of professionalism, genuinity, love and passion Katy put into my 2 day course for spa body massage. The way that woman knows her stuff, and the amount I learnt in 2 days was shocking. Even at other places where I have done courses, I felt I needed more guidance and teaching. Here at The Beauty Academy, with Katy in particular, I feel like she WANTED to see me go far. Defo booking my lash course with her in particular, even though I have already done a lash course somewhere else, I want to do it over again so that Katy can teach me. Il be much better at them then I feel. Thank you thank you thank you for your hard work and dedication. Need more teachers like her around.

The Skincare and Facial Massage course was so interesting. This was my first time ever entering the beauty world, and the tutor was so kind and welcoming. The facilities and space were fantastic. I liked that we got the course notes before the date of the course to read through, and then on the day we went through essentials and also had a large amount of practical learning with the chance to practice giving facial treatments. As well as the content of the treatment, we were also given so many tips and advice on stuff about setting up your own practice. The tutor Rachel was absolutely lovely and very very good at her job. She was a great role model in how to act as a professional in the beauty industry and I loved how she went out of her way to compliment each one of us by saying something positive about our appearance. Her teaching approach was sensitive, she was full of knowledge she shared and she was very good with managing the group in a humourous and nurturing way. Very inspiring lady.

Manicure/Pedicure at Cambridge - Another brilliant course with Rachel. Looking forward to completing other nail courses.Reflexology - I have never had reflexology before but have always been curious about what it entails and if it actually works. This is a wonderful treatment and so interesting. Lorraine was very patient with me! Also a very good pace. This course definitely needs two days. The moves didn't come naturally to me but by the end of day 2 I felt much more confident and relaxed. I can't wait to offer this treatment. As always... great tutor and have met really lovely people along the way.Microdermabrasion - Another great course. Great to add on to the Electrical Facials course. Rachel, as usual, was informative and clear in her teaching and I left the day feeling confident in my ability to carry out the treatment. Thank you!Electrical Facials two day course! Wow… so much learnt in two days and feel confident in the treatments already. (thanks again Rachel!👌). Cambridge is a really great centre to go to. Very welcoming. I feel at home there! Close to Cambridge city centre but not so close you have to battle with the traffic. Parking available and also super close to Cambridge North station if you need to get there from a little further. Microdermabrasion tomorrow… bring it on! 🙌😁Spa Body Massage - amazing course. Would definitely recommend doing this course in addition to the Express MassGe. Loved this so much - plus Rachel have given me so much confidence in myself as well as teaching me so much…. I’ve enrolled in the VTCT…. A LITTLE BIT ADDICTED!Express Body Massage - Another fantastic course with Rachel. I love completing The Beauty Academy courses in Cambridge - the tutor is so welcoming and I have met some really lovely people along the way. Learning so much and at the same time having a really great day. Again, training was spot on. I will be booking in more courses!Indian Head Massage… Another amazing course at The Beauty Academy Cambridge. It is the second time I have completed a face-to-face course there with Rachel (first time with facial and skincare course). She is an amazing tutor!!! I do not know how she manages to teach so much in one day and not only make it sink in but also make it a thoroughly enjoyable experience! + such a lovely person! I can’t wait for my express massage and spa massage courses in a couple of weeks’ time. Such a shame there’s not more of a selection of courses in Cambridge though. Overall - can’t rate it enough. I need a 6 star option!

I just had a 2 days massage course with Rachel. Our group had an amazing time. It was fun but also really productive. The classroom is really neat and organised. Really accessible location, parking available and near a train station. Training course was delivered by Rachel who was lovely and a great teacher. Really enjoyed the day with a great group of ladies, lots of information and tips to take back home to practice. Will definitely be returning for other courses!

Really enjoyed my brow lamination course. The centre was easy to find with a welcoming greeting by Rachel the tutor. She was very helpful and informative. I have left feeling confident from my training and learning.The only issue is known problems with hotmail accounts, I did not find my course instructions ahead of the course. They are under a different email to the booking confirmation ones and go straight into junk mailbox.I will be back for more courses. Thank you xxx

In total I have done 6 nail courses at the Beauty Academy, 4 by Jess and 2 by Rebekah! They are fantastic tutors and I couldn’t of asked for better, all 6 courses were interesting, informative and very relaxed! Both Jess and Rebekah have given me the knowledge and practice I need to go on and start my own career in the nail industry and I can’t thank them enough! I completed all 3 lash courses (classics, hybrids and lash tint and Russians). I went in with absolutely no knowledge of anything to do with lashes apart from the vague idea as I get them done frequently myself. I was taught all three sessions by Rebekah and I can genuinely say she made the experience amazing! She was so friendly, caring and attentive and I feel as though she went above and beyond to give me all the knowledge I needed and has made me feel confident enough that I feel like I know what I am doing and how to do it successfully, and it only took 3 days to learn. The course itself was engaging and thorough and I genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone who is considering doing it, it is worth the money and was one of the best experiences. I will definitely be returning to take further courses in the near future.

I Have done Hybrid , Classic and Russian Lashes course with Rebekah and Nails Tech courses Acrylic, UV Gel extensions and Gel paint courses with Jess in Leeds Branch and I loved the courses. She is very thorough with her teaching and demonstrations and kept the whole class motivated with encouraging words throughout the day. Kerry is such an amazing tutor, I came for brow lamination which was brilliant and she is happy to answer any questions. One thing I would change is that when the instructions were sent out to do the patch test it did not state you had to patch test all products it just said ‘’mix A&B together’ as most of us did not do the patch test with all products we could not do the whole process on each other only a wax & tint. But, Kerry was amazing and let us do the whole process on her. Would definitely return for more courses.

I did the 3 lash courses here at clapham junction venue and was impressed with the level of teaching in all three, the one teacher that stood out to me was Fleur as she was meant to have 3 other student in her class and i’m the only one who showed up 🙁 She put all her effort and support into teaching me Russian lashes and making fans, she even made me a cup of tea!! i love learning at the academy !! 🙂

Bev is very sweet and kind, she was the most amazing teacher I’ve ever had! She was always behind our backs to check how we’re doing, she stepped in to show us if we were struggling, encouraged us a lot! She showed us so many tips and tricks to make it easier for us. I can tell I’m 100% confident with intimate wax now and I’m ready to offer it to my clients. The whole lesson was very relaxed, friendly and Bev really had amazing approach! Attended a classic lash course yesterday with Alexia at the Kings Cross academy. I have zero beauty experiences prior and I was made up with the day. The practical training was long enough and the theory was relaxed and conversational meaning it was a nice environment to learn in. The class was a 100% pass and we all left feeling positive and ready for the next stage, whatever that is for everyone. Everyone had a different goal.The extensive knowledge that was shared about further help with our own business and brands was super helpful!

Absolutely amazing ❤️ I had looked at courses and found nothing worthwhile in the North West which is not only a shame but quite shocking honestly! I am so glad I booked with BA Manchester, honestly i'll never go anywhere else going forward. The setting is perfect, professional yet welcoming, our tutor was incredible - she was so knowledgeable and approachable, I honestly can't reccommend this place enough. I attended today for the Acrylic Nail Extensions Training Course and I couldn't have asked for more. Our trainer Shakila was so friendly and helpful. I'm booked onto the Ultimate Nail Technician Training Package so I have 3 more sessions to go and I am really looking forward to it. Shakila left me feeling confident and gave me enough information to go out and do nails independently.

The tutor Chalotte was amazing and genuinely taught me new skills, which will be invaluable going forward. She was so lovely; she made me feel at ease and was patient with me asking a million questions. Have just completed 3 days with Lorraine. Mani pedi, gel extensions and acrylic extensions. Lorraine is a fabulous trainer, very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. The course is well taught and the information given is really helpful for when I venture out on my own. Looking forward to my next course already. Thank you

I have done 8 courses with the beauty academy including lashes, waxing, HD brows and nails. Lorraine and Kiran have been incredible teachers! I will definitely be back to do more courses in the future! I can’t recommend them enough!

What a great day! I carried out an acrylic nail course with small group of 8 of us. Kiran was our tutor and she was fantastic! She took us through every process and made sure we all individually understood everything and helped us go at our own pace! I was sceptical about booking but I’m so glad I did and will definitely be back for other courses!

I really thankful The Beauty academy for nail technician courses. Highly recommended. After courses I stated my own business. Only 6 months and my small businesses are best in Gateshead. I did a classic eye lash extention courses and now feel confident to use what I have learnt, the tutor was lovely and made you feel relaxed she help and talked us though anything we didn't understand. Will definitely be going back to do Russian lashes and an eye brow course!! Highly recommend 👌

I booked in for the ultimate beauty therapist package and was so excited to start my journey, on my first day I met Donna, she was so helpful and her attention to detail is amazing, she really makes sure you are ready to start your business as soon as you leave. I couldn’t recommend this service more. Not only are the courses there to help you gain knowledge and a strong understanding of the specific topic you are covering the customer service team are always just a call away with support. I've just recently completed the Classic, Hybrid and Russain lash courses at The Beauty Academy Newcastle with Donna. I couldn't praise Donna enough, she was the most helpful, kind and patient tutor we could have asked for. She filled us all with the confidence we needed and helped us realise it's a learning process and with practice we will all bloom in to the lash techs we dream to be. I wish I could come back every day to train with Donna and I couldn't recommend her or The Beauty Academy enough.

Amazing little academy, definitely made better by Donna!I decided to train whilst on maternity leave after having my little one, I was super nervous and anxious when I arrived however being met by Donna this was quickly pushed to the back of my mind. She's incredibly warming, welcoming and approachable. She has a very soft teaching approach about her which is great, she's not pushy or bossy she's really helpful and if you don't understand, simply say and she will go over if again and show you until you do understand.She's a credit to the academy!I have done a variety of courses here now and I am looking forward to doing some more. They are very informative and educational.The training gives you everything you need to continue working yourself to improve, you won't become a beautician in a day but you gain valuable skills, techniques, advice, tips and knowledge to guide you on your way to doing what you want in the future, whether if be a beautician or a nail tech or just to learn how to do something for yourself this is a great place to start at a very reasonable price.

I’ve done the luxury manicures, luxury pedicures and gel polish course at Newcastle and enjoyed every minute. Donna was so welcoming and friendly which put us all at ease. She taught me so many new things and answered any questions I had about nails. Hopefully be back again 🙂

Thoroughly enjoyed my classic eyelash extension course with Lisa. She was very warm and welcoming and very good at explaining the fundamentals of eyelash extensions. Wasnt made to feel stupid and she was always happy to answer questions the group had. Very in-depth and informative course. Would recommend! Already booked to go back and do the hybrid and Russian course too!

I recently attended a manicure and pedicure training here. Our trainer Lisa was professional, knowledgeable and put you at ease. Information provided was emailed and content covered on the day was thorough. You must be prepared to receive and give the treatment on other students. Further studying can be done at home as course work is emailed and advised. Thoroughly recommend attending this course and other beautician courses available. Certificates are emailed after you pass the course.

I was gifted The Beauty Academy’s manicure and pedicure training course for my birthday. I had a brilliant day! ☺️Lisa was so professional — she had a wealth of knowledge and a lovely, upbeat personality. The academy itself is also beautifully situated in Reading. I learned so much through the day and would highly recommend this course to anybody who enjoys doing nails, either as a hobby or is looking to qualify as a nail technician.

Tutor: LisaCourse: ReflexologyJust finished a fantastic reflexology course here. We were lucky to be just two students, who already had an in-depth knowledge of anatomy. Lisa was a fantastic tutor, clearly very knowledgeable with a wealth of information which she shared freely. A comprehensive set of notes were provided and plenty of time for practical was given. It’s in a particularly nice setting with plenty of free parking. Thank you 🙏🏻

I really enjoyed joining the Facial Massage & Skincare course lead by the amazing Lisa at The Beauty Academy in Shinfield in January. There was so much to cover and Lisa had so much knowledge to share. She was so patient with the whole class and very clear when explaining the course content and giving demonstrations - if only we had more time to spend with her! 🙂 I am very much looking forward to my next course in March.

I had such a great experience learning with Lisa about eyelash extensions!!!! She’s so understanding and patient and explains everything so well and covers everything I needed to know! I can’t wait to go back for more courses! Beauty academy is so great
