Re-Enrol for Online Courses
All students receive access to their online course(s) on the online student portal for 12 weeks. Within this time you can read through the study materials for your course(s), complete the online theory tests and download the practical assignment (case study pack), as applicable.
Students have up to 12 months to submit their practical assignment (treatment case study) evidence to us by email (to [email protected]) from the date of enrolling. You must take care to downloaded the required documents within your 12 week course access period.
If you require additional access to the online portal beyond the initial time given or fail to submit your case studies within 12 months of enrolling, this will be subject to a £25 course re-enrolment fee (per course) to enable additional online student portal access and time to complete your course.
In the first instance (prior to processing payment), please contact our Support Team at [email protected] or call on 0800 999 2277 to ensure this fee is applicable and agree whether additional time is possible to give towards completing your course. Additional access can only usually be applied once. When processing your payment, please ensure you provide the name of the enrolled student and the course(s) for which the payment relates, within the notes box provided at check out.
