Rescheduling Assessment Dates

Once Assessment dates are confirmed to you, these cannot usually be changed. However, should you be unable to attend one of the dates booked for you (or have missed an Assessment date), please see the Questions & Answers below regarding the process for this. Once a reschedule is agreed by our Assessments team, you can process your payment of the rescheduling fee securely through this page. Once your payment is received, our Bookings team will process your request & send a booking confirmation. Assessment places are subject to availability & not considered as reserved until a confirmation email has been sent. £120 fee is PER Assessment day (written or practical) required to be rescheduled.

Students needing to change a booked Assessment date or to reschedule an Assessment date that was not attended, should contact the Assessments team directly by email to notify them about any non-attendance in the first instance. This should be as soon as possible and briefly outline the reason(s) for non-attendance or why a change of date is required. If requesting a reschedule for medical or compassionate reasons, please attach relevant documentation such as medical certificate to your email. This information will allow them to consider what best can be offered. They can be contacted at [email protected]

The Assessments team can then advise whether in line with our T&Cs, a reschedule can be offered; and if possible, whether the rescheduling fee of £120 per Assessment day will be applicable. Please do not process a rescheduling payment without first contacting the team.

Once you have contacted the Assessments Team and they have agreed a reschedule of your Assessment day (or days) is possible, they will advise if a fee is applicable dependent on the reason for the rescheduling request, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Once a reschedule has been agreed by email, simply process a payment of £120 for each Assessment date where a reschedule is required by clicking to ‘Add to Basket’ to the right hand side of this page. You will need to this for EACH Assessment day needed to reschedule (£120 PER day). You can process more than one reschedule within the same transaction, if required.

When within the shopping cart menu, ensure you enter the details of the student’s name (if different from person making payment), course title(s) and assessment being rescheduled, all within the notes section on our shopping cart before processing your payment. Failing to enter this information may delay us processing your request. Should you forget to include this information at time of payment, please email [email protected] without delay including the order number for your processed payment. Once your payment has been received, our team will be in touch by email within 24 working hours to confirm the new Assessment date(s) with you.

Please note your reschedule will be subject to availability and cannot be considered booked until you receive a confirmation email from our Assessments team to confirm your Assessment place.

All processed rescheduling payments received will be processed within 24 working hours at which time you will receive an email to confirm the new Assessment date(s). Should you not receive contact from our team (by email or phone) within 24 working hours, please contact our Assessments team at [email protected] or call 0800 999 2277.
