This course package consists of three practical training days: Eyelash Extensions (1 day), Russian Volume (1 day) & Hybrid Lashes (1 day). These courses are not run consecutively and you can choose the dates to suit you at your desired training centre (subject to availability). You will however need to select dates so that Classic Lash Extensions is completed as the first course, as you’ll learn the fundamental skills for lash extensions on this course. The Russian and Hybrid Lash Courses can be attended in any order following Classic Lashes. All training courses are completed using a mannequin training head, you will not receive any treatments on the training days.

Each training day runs from 10am – 4pm and we ask students to arrive at 9.45am to ensure a prompt start. You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly, and spend the majority of the day practising your practical skills, with a short break for lunch.

All training centre locations are our own exclusive, permanent training facilities are set up, ready to train all-year round. Our centres are highly equipped and staffed by our friendly, fully qualified and experienced tutors. We never train from hotel rooms, conference suites or in-salons to ensure you get the best possible learning experience in spacious, well appointed and easily accessible locations.

All training centres can be reached by public transport. Many centres also have parking on-site or within reasonable walking distance.

Kits are not required to attend the 3 days of training as all products / tools needed are provided for your use, at the centre on each day. On the training day(s), your tutor will give advice about recommended suppliers to assist you in sourcing kits to get started offering your treatments.

However, for convenience we do offer optional starter kits which can be ordered directly through our website for delivery within 3-7 working days, direct from our Supplier. For this course package we would recommend the below starter kit option.

It’s all about eyes – eyelash extensions can transform the eyes by making the eyelashes appear longer, thicker and more enhanced. The treatment involves applying individual lashes to the eye, lengthening and thickening the client’s natural lashes, creating an emphasised look that eliminates the need for mascara. An extremely profitable service to offer with clients returning fortnightly for maintenance (and the average charge for a set is £50-£75), eyelash extensions are becoming an increasingly popular treatment to offer.

All training is completed working on a mannequin training head so you will not receive any treatments on the training days and lash extensions (if applicable) will not need to be removed before the training course. No kit is included in the course fee. You will be provided with all products/tools required to complete the training days, when you attend the training centre. 

On the training days, you only need to bring a hand and bath towel for your personal use, completed enrolment form and cold food for your lunch (e.g. sandwich/salad).

Our diploma courses are suitable for complete beginners and do not require any prior learning to be able to train with us; many of our students are not yet beauty trained and are looking to start up a business in the industry. We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from scratch or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of particular treatments.

Our tutors are also all qualified with either Level 4 PTTLS or equivalent teaching awards in education, with years of experience in beauty-related professional industries. When you have successfully completed your training day(s), you will receive The Beauty Academy diploma which is fully Accredited by Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT). This allows you to gain public liability (beauty) insurance to work with paying clients.

We’ve been providing professional training since 1990 so our diploma is well recognised and accepted within the beauty industry, giving you and your prospective clients confidence in your skills and professionalism.

Diplomas are sent by email within 2 working days of attending your course, allowing you to quickly get started with obtaining insurance, purchasing products/tools from your preferred supplier, and earning offering your treatments to your clients!

Upon successful completion of this course, you will feel entirely confident within your treatment skills. We recommend taking some time to practice your skills following training but you can look to start working immediately as you wish!

Once you’ve received your certificate, you’ll be able to obtain public liability (beauty) insurance and purchase products/tools from your chosen supplier. Once set up, you can begin working with paying clients, offering your beauty treatments on a freelance basis. It really is that simple! Begin earning from £25-£50 an hour depending on the treatments you offer!
