VTCT Re-enrolment

As per our Terms & Conditions, we provide a 12 month enrolment period to all students on VTCT programmes within which time to complete all aspects of the course and achieve their qualification.

It is important that students are proactive in attending their booked course dates, planning time to complete their coursework and arranging / taking their assessments at the earliest opportunity.

We provide a breakdown for all courses, giving guideline submission deadlines to help keep students on-track. We recommend students keep to this timeline with their studies, however we appreciate situations can arise which impede progress and where communicated to us promptly, we will work with students to provide support or flexibility within the available enrolment period to complete all aspects.

If you find you are unable to complete all aspects of your qualification within your 12 month enrolment period and still wish to pursue your qualification, we can provide re-enrolment on the following basis:

Within 3 months of your original 12 month enrolment period – £250 per VTCT course.

To re-enrol simply click ‘add to basket’ to make payment securely online for your re-enrolment fee. Our team will then contact you regarding your studies.

OR

More than 3 months (but less than 2 years) after your original 12 month enrolment period – 50% of the applicable full VTCT course fee

Re-enrolment allows you up to another 90 days to complete your qualification.
