Rescheduling Training Dates

Should you find you need to change a booked training date or be unable to attend a date and need to rebook your training, please see the Questions & Answers below regarding the process for this. Full details of our Rescheduling Policy can be found within our Terms & Conditions

Once a reschedule is agreed by our team, you can process your payment of the rescheduling fee securely through this page. Once your payment is received, our Bookings team will process your request & send a booking confirmation. Training places are subject to availability & not considered as reserved until a booking confirmation email has been sent. £25 fee is PER training day required to be rescheduled.

Students needing to change a booked training date or to reschedule a training date that was not attended, should contact the Bookings team directly by email to notify them about any non-attendance in the first instance. This should be as soon as possible and briefly outline the reason(s) for non-attendance or why a change of date is required. If requesting a reschedule for medical or compassionate reasons, please attach relevant documentation such as medical certificate to your email. This information will allow them to consider what best can be offered. They can be contacted at [email protected]

The Bookings team can then advise whether in line with our T&Cs, a reschedule can be offered (as courses booked as part of promotions or outside of the fair use policy to rescheduling may be exempt from rescheduling). The team can then advise, if a reschedule is possible; whether the rescheduling fee of £50 per training day will be applicable. Please do not process a rescheduling payment without first contacting the team.

Once you have contacted the Bookings Team and they have agreed a reschedule of your training is possible, they will advise if a fee is applicable dependent on the reason for the rescheduling request, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Should you need to make a payment to rebook or transfer your training, please first view details of the next available dates on the relevant Course Page of our website. Under the drop down menu upon each Course page, you will find a list of the next available venues/dates for that course.

Once you have found a suitable listed date, simply process a payment of £50 for each training date where a reschedule is required by clicking to ‘Add to Basket’ to the right hand side of this page. You will need to this for EACH training day needed to reschedule (£50 PER day). You can process more than one training reschedule within the same transaction.

When within the shopping cart menu, ensure you enter the details of the student’s name (if different from person making payment), course title(s), date(s) and venue(s) you wish to book your reschedule(s) for, all within the notes section on our shopping cart before processing your payment. Failing to enter this information may delay us processing your request. Should you forget to include this information at time of payment, please email [email protected] without delay including the order number for your processed payment.

Please note your reschedule will be subject to availability and cannot be considered booked until you receive a booking confirmation email from our team to confirm your place.

All processed rescheduling payments received will be processed within 24 working hours. You will receive a full confirmation email to confirm the training date(s) rebooked for you. Should you not receive contact from our team (by email or phone) within 24 working hours, please contact our Bookings team at [email protected] or call 0800 999 2277.

Please note your reschedule will be subject to availability and cannot be considered booked until you receive a booking confirmation email from our team to confirm your place.
