This advanced course is suitable for those who already have acrylic nail extension experience using the tip and overlay method and wish to increase their skills range to introduce sculpted nail extensions.

Studied entirely online via our student portal where you can access step by step videos on demand covering the treatment techniques & e-manuals on learn the theory.
Students have 12 weeks access to the course resources, with up to 12 months to submit case studies by email for feedback & towards certification.
You will learn the acrylic nail extension procedure using nail forms and working with pink & white acrylic to create sculpted nail extensions.
You’ll learn:
- Health, safety & hygiene
- Consultation techniques
- Contraindications
- Application of nail forms
- Sculpting pink & white ‘French’ tip nail extensions using pink and white acrylic powders
- Aftercare advice
- Infill technique for pink and white sculpted acrylic extensions
- Removal technique for acrylic nail extensions
There are short quizzes on the portal to check your understanding of the theory. You can instantly retake these tests as often as you need to pass.
You will need to practice your treatments at home on a training and/or friends / family to perfect confidence in your practical skills.
To achieve the course certificate, you will need to complete 3 case study treatments on friends / family & email a completed consultation form (template form supplied) along with before & after photo for each treatment.
Our team will evaluate your case studies, providing feedback &/or your certificate by email within 7 working days.
Sculpted nail extensions allow you to charge a premium for your services over standard tip & overylay extensions due to the high quality finish, earn from £30-£70 per set of nails. Regular maintenance (infill) is required every 2-6 weeks. Quickly build a regular client base. Purchase beauty insurance and start your own freelance business from home or mobile!
