2 Day Course, runs as 2 consecutive days from 10am – 4pm approximately. Short break for lunch. Please arrive at the centre for registration at 9.45am.
Hands-on practical course with tutor led demonstrations & student practising skills working in a pair with another student to give and receive treatments throughout the day.

As part of this pre-course learning and tuition on the training day, you will learn the following:
- Health, safety & hygiene
- Consultation techniques
- Theory on figure analysis & BMI calculations
- Contraindications
- Massage movements & modifications
- Practical tuition on performing Swedish Body Massage
- Swedish Body Massage routine covering legs, arms, back, neck & shoulders using massage oil
- Adapting the Body Massage to include abdomen, face and scalp for a longer, ‘spa’ body massage treatment
- Tutor demo on using different massage mediums such as massage powder & cream
- Aftercare advice
- Comprehensive e-manual covering all aspects of theory & practical techniques.
- Practical training in a highly equipped, permanent training centre (no hotels or meeting rooms); taught by a qualified, experienced beauty tutor.
- 1-2-1 time during the training day to get feedback & support from your tutor.
- Training in a small class setting. Typically 2-12 students maximum per tutor.
- Training equipment provided on the day, so no kits required to attend.
- Practice with other students – no hassle of finding models.
- Diploma certificate issued by email to you.

Spa Body Swedish Massage Training Course
Our Spa Body Swedish Massage course is delivered over 2 consecutive days.
This course is ideal for those interested in taking our 1 day Swedish Body Massage Course, but who want some additional training time to develop their skills and confidence.
Learning over 2 days of hands-on practical training working in pairs with other students on the course to give and receive massage treatments.
- On day 1, you'll cover our Swedish Body Massage Course, learning to effectively use a range of Swedish massage techniques to deliver a 25-45 minute full body routine.
- On day 2, you'll cover the Spa Body Massage day, where you'll build upon these fundamental skills learning how to extend the routine to up to 75 minutes to incorporate the face and scalp into the full body routine, depending on the client's individual therapeutic needs. This additional day of training time allows you greater opportunity to acquire and practice the skills under the guidance of an experienced tutor, to gain full competence for a new career in massage therapy.
This advanced course is only available at selected centres. The 1 day Swedish Massage Course is ideal for anyone new to massage who wants to learn the basics to begin offering body massage treatments. This 2 day course is perfect for anyone who wants to specialise in massage treatments or who prefers to learn over a longer duration.
