1 – Decide how many courses from our Approved List you’d like to accredit to identify right accreditation package for you (Gold, Bronze or Silver).
2 – Click & complete the Application Form online. Quick & secure. Click for Guidance on the Application Process & courses we can accredit. Decide whether you want to produce your own Course Manuals & Policy Documents or purchase our templates to support your application. Read our Guide to Creating Course Materials.
3 – Purchase chosen Accreditation Package plus any add-ons required securely online. Our team will be in touch within 24 working hours once your form & payment has been received to finalise your accreditation application.

Silver Course Manuals Package Provides;
As part of the Accreditation process you will need to provide all course materials for the courses you wish to have accredited to include anything your learners will see as part of the course such as training manuals, presentations, videos etc.
We will also require a lesson plan for all courses where learners attend classroom based training or complete training through live online tuition. We have a guide available to assist you in creating your own training manuals. If you would prefer to use BTAS resources and/or unable to produce your own learning resources, we have the option to purchase a package of course manuals for use as part of delivering your BTAS Accredited approved training courses available to purchase as a package to mirror your course accreditation fee package.
The Silver Course Manual Package includes training manuals for 6-10 courses to sit along your Silver Accreditation Package.
The Course Manuals will be available for your use once purchased as part of delivering your BTAS Accredited courses only and there is no time limit on access. Manuals remain the property of BTAS at all times and cannot be reproduced for any other purpose without express permission.
Accreditation lasts for 12 months and is subject to meeting the requirements of the accreditation application process, providing suitable documents to support your application. Our team will be in touch when renewal is due to re-confirm your details & quote on the cost to extend your BTAS accreditation.
Our accreditation team will work with you to assist you to achieve successful accreditation, however should you be unable to provide the documents or meet the requirements set out in our Application Guidance, any fees incurred as part of your application will unfortunately be non-refundable to cover our administration cost in processing your application.
