Our natural nail therapist is the one to go for! This course covers manicure, pedicure andapplication of gel polish. Everyone wants lovely natural nails and once theyhave had the gel polish applied to their fingers and toes there is no goingback. Clients return every two weeks forthe application of gel polish to fingers and every six weeks for toes. A typical charge for fingers and toes is £50. You only need 7 clients to recoup your coursefee.

Which course do Ineed to take if I want to work in a salon or spa?

We recommend the NVQqualification if you wish to gain employment.The NVQ qualification is an assurance to a potential employer that youhave attained the required national standards and can provide treatments withina commercially acceptable time. The majority of professional therapists holdLevel 2 & Level 3 in beauty therapy.There are a variety of exciting career opportunities open to a Level 2& 3 qualified therapist including working in salon/spa, cruise ships,cosmetic houses and teaching.

    Saturday 22nd Oct I went to Kings Cross to do waxing training with Beverly she was great very supportive and friendly and on Sunday 23rd Oct I went to London Bridge to do eyebrow and eyelash tinting, Eyebrow shaping and false lashes with Sabia, she was very supportive and friendly as well I left both classes feeling confident to work on by cleans. I loved it so much I will be booking the facial class.

    I have done the facial massage and skincare training 2 days with The Beauty Academy. It was a great experience with a great tutor Vanessa that it a knowledgeable person and share her experience with us in a lovely and nice way. I’ll definitely be back to upgrade my portfolio.     I had Acrylic Nail Extention course on Sunday 15 January with Noreen in Reading – Shinfield. It was fantastic day, I learn lots and Noreen was brilliant. She make sure that everybody understand what to do and I Am sure that everybody feel more confident and ready to do treatment. I will love to do more courses with The Beauty Academy.
