Payments

If booking via our website, payment is required in full at the time of booking. 
 
For telephone bookings, payment can be made in full or part payment can be made as follows:-
 
Individual courses - £100
Combination courses of 2-5 days - £200
Combination courses of 6 days and over - £400
 
The remaining balance must then be paid 14 days prior to the start date of the course.
 
For NVQ weekend supervised routes, a £500 payment is required to secure a place.  The remaining balance must then be paid 6 weeks prior to the start date.

Cancelling or transferring a course

Course payments are non-refundable and not transferable.  Failure to attend a confirmed course will result in the loss of all payments made for that course.
 
In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required), a request for transfer will be considered at the discretion of The Beauty Academy.  If successful, an administraton fee of £50 per course will be charged.

Course times

Our one day courses start promptly at 10.00am and finish at approximately 4.00pm.  If you arrive late (in excess of 30 minutes) you will be unable to participate in the training, resulting in the loss of course fees.  Please therefore ensure you allow sufficient time for travelling.

Kits

Kit prices quoted include £5.00 for postage and packaging.

Qualifications 

Once registered, you have two years to fully complete the qualification.

Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event your training course with us does not meet your expectations, please call Head Office within 5 days of completing your training.  Problems can usually be resolved immediately, if this is not the case, you may be asked to put your complaint in writing; this should be addressed to the Principal.
