 Teaches at: London Kings Cross & London Bridge Training Centres

 About Vicky: Qualified in City & Guilds Level 2 & Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.

Has completed training with a number of prestigious product brands including MAC Masterclass Training, Biosculpture Training & CND.  

Fully qualified in teaching & has the A1 Assessors Award.

 Vicky says "I have over 16 years’ experience within the beauty industry, having joined The Beauty Academy 14 years ago."

 Teaches & Assesses at: London Bridge & London Kings Cross Training Centres 

 About Chantal: Qualified at VTCT Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy plus  Level 3 in Nail Technology & Make Up  Artistry. Possesses a BABTAC Certificate in Advanced High Fashion & Editorial Make-up. Highly passionate about Eyelash Extensions (holds Master Technician status with brands including ABX, Nouvea Lash & LVL) and has within Advanced Facial Aesthetic treatments. Also holds a Level 2 award in Health & Safety in the Workplace.

Teaching Qualifications include a CertEd (lifelong learning sector), PTLLS Level 4, and Lead IQA Award & A1 Assessors Award. 

 Chantal says "In my 20 years working within the industry, I have gained experience in a wide range of exciting roles. From teaching for OPI, Derma New and INIKA cosmetics, working as a Spa Therapist for Steiner Leisure, High Fashion & Editorial Make-up Artistry and heading a leading Aesthetics Spa in the Middle East. I have enjoyed trained with many leading commercial brands over the years such as Elemis, Environ, HydraFacial, St. Tropez, Sienna X, and CND. I am also a certified Nouveau Lash Master technician and Advance Biosculpture nail technician."

About Bev: Holds IHBT, City & Guilds and NVQ Qualifications. Also holds a first year degree in teaching & is fully qualified to teach beauty therapy.

Bev says "I have been in the beauty industry for 34 years and worked with and alongside various beauty, holistic and nail technologies. I've seen so many changes and advancements in the industry and I love what a fast paced and evolving industry beauty is, to work within."

"I love teaching but my favourite treatments to teach are waxing, lash and brow treatments, tanning and facials."

 Teaches at: Cambridge Training Centre

 About Louise: Qualified at NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy.

Also holds CND Master Status, is a Trainer of CACI International facial treatments and holds a Diploma in Remedial Camouflage & Media Make Up. Also fully qualified in teaching holding PTLLS. 

 Louise says " I have over 15 years’ experience within the beauty industry having worked in a number of  interesting roles from working as a Counter Manager for Clarins, a therapist trained within ESPA,  Dermalogica, Environ Intimate Wax & CND, to vast experience as a Lash Perfect Lash technician."

"I’ve enjoyed working in salons & spas over the years and also running my own business so I know the industry inside out! I love that my role allows me to share my knowledge and experience with new beauty therapists coming up through training."

Tutor: Vanessa

 Teaches at: London Kings Cross Training Centre

 About Vanessa: Qualified at VTCT Level 2 in Beauty Therapy, Customer Services, Level 3 in Make Up and Level 2 in Special Occasion Hair & Hairdressing. Has also achieved the Delamar Academy Make Up Diploma. Has completed training in Nail Technology & Airbase Airbrush Make Up.  

Holds PTTLS Level 4 & A1 Assessors Award.

 Vanessa says "I have enjoyed 15 years’ experience within teaching and have vast experience from across the industry. I am proud to have 6 years’ experience as the Lead Artist at London Peacock Theatre Pantomimes. I also write for a number of wedding magazines, work with a well-known portrait photographer and enjoy freelance bridal work outside of my teaching role for The Beauty Academy. I feel it’s important to keep my knowledge of the industry current & love what I do. In the past I have gained experience working on the counters of Chanel, Gurlain & Sisley so I have seen all aspects of working in the make up business.

 About Yvonne: Qualified at Levels 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy plus Level 3 in Make Up Artistry & Nail Technology. Holds CertEd, QTLS, IQA and the Assessors Award.

 Yvonne says "I have worked within the beauty therapy industry since 1991, working as a freelance makeup artist, within hotel spas, as a salon owner and teaching within a local FE college before working for The Beauty Academy."

"I especially love teaching massage and creating special effects make up. Massage treatments are enjoyable both for the client and therapist as the spa environment can be so relaxing. Make up is incredible, how it can alter and enhance a person's appearance. I love seeing the creativity come from within my students once they are let loose with the make up and I am always impressed with the astonishing work they are able to create."

 About Noreen: Qualified at Levels 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy & Massage, plus Level 3 in Nail Technology.

Is qualified in the Wonderlift Facial Treatment.  

Holds teaching awards & has many years of experience as a freelance Make up Artist.

 Noreen says “I love make up and enjoy teaching special effects make up."

 About Dominic: Qualified at Brushstrokes in Shepperton Studios, London & has been teaching at The Beauty Academy for many years. He recently returned to teaching after a break to focus upon his other work."

Angeline says "I have been a therapist for 14 years. After my initial training in beauty, I went on to work in top salons and spas working and training in brands such as Dermalogica, Elemis, Jessica and ESPA to name a few."

"I spent one contract on-board a Royal Caribbean cruise liner working for Steiner. I soon realised my passion for teaching others which led me into my first training role as a National Trainer with skincare brand Decleor UK. I spent my time traveling up and down the country training therapists in some of the most gorgeous spas!"

"I then went on to set up my own beauty business treating clients, working at pamper parties and teaching in conjunction with a national short course training provider."

Jane says "I have worked in both industrial and educational areas of beauty therapy during my 25 years of experience.  I have been very lucky to woek with some of the most exclusive skin care brands and techniques available in the industry. Young nails, Jessica nails, Sterex electrolysis, Elemis, Clarins, Decleor, Matis, Guinot & Carita are just some of the brands."

"I have over 10 years teaching experience and 2 years spa therapy manager.  I am currently running a non surgical skin clinic in Manchester alongside my teaching as skincare is a passion of mine." 

"Some of my favourite treatment range from electrical face and body treatments, to aromatherapy, make up and nail art. I also love the long lasting effects of gel polish. There are just so many incredible treatments to learn and I love teaching them all!"

 About Layla: Qualified at Foundation Degree Level within both Beauty Therapy & Make Up.

Layla says "I have always had a passion and natural flare for make-up, and have been working in industry for 6 years."

 Originally from Edinburgh, I worked as a Freelance Artist for several years in Scotland, specialising in Vintage and Bridal Make-up. I also have experience working within the field of television and theatre."

 "I have previously run private workshops demonstrating special effects techniques to school children and college students. I have also been involved in an arts community organisation called Impact Arts which teaches young adults creative life skills. I feel very privileged to share my passion with others and inspire their creativity."

 "Body painting and prosthetics are my favourite areas of make-up. But I enjoy all aspects of make-up artistry."
