Ear Candles Holistic Therapy Training Course

Module One: £25
The compulsory first module of all of our correspondence courses covers essential information regarding health, safety and hygiene in the salon environment. You need only purchase and complete Module One once as the safety and hygiene guidelines are designed to apply to all procedures in the beauty industry.

Module Two: £50
This increasingly popular cleansing and relaxing treatment is designed to remove excess wax and impurities from the ear - perfect as either an add-on to the facial or indian head massage treatments or offered as an individual treatment, the ear candle procedure is versatile, simple to perform and extremely effective.

In this correspondence course we will examine the structures and function of the inner, middle and outer ear, as well as the larger structure of the skull and jaw. This information will broaden your understanding of the treatment and enable you to explain the specific benefits of the procedure to your clients.

At The Beauty Academy, it is essential that our students are trained to provide a safe, beneficial, suitable and professional service to their clients. For this reason we have included information on client consultation, allergy and sensitivity, contra-indications to the treatment, preparation of the treatment room and safe working procedures. We have also included a detailed guide to the treatment procedure and aftercare advice for the client.
